ABBTF welcomes Neal Ripper as our new Community & School Liaison Officer in Victoria and Tasmania.
Neal brings his significant experience in Youth Work and Special Needs Education to his new role as Community and School Liaison Officer (Vic -Tas). He has a particular passion for engaging and assisting young people to achieve positive outcomes through vocational training and employment. Neal sees employment and skills development as being integral to personal growth, something that can be a life changing step for people seeking opportunities.
Neal loves to learn and try new things. In his own time, he plays guitar and is learning to play piano, goes hiking regularly and often has his head stuck in a novel. He has a lifelong obsession as a passionate Richmond Tigers supporter in the AFL and a recent, growing obsession with house plants.
